Students explored how to work with the natural movement of watercolour to create a beautiful night sky and galaxies. Students also learned about relevant Art History such as Vincent Van Gogh's 'The Starry Night'.Watercolours is not an easy art material to use but our young artists kept impressing with their confidence in the approach to this material. Once they have tried and mastered some techniques they have produced master pieces which can be proudly hanged on the wall. It's amazing how easily children can absorb information and implement it in the work.
